Our story
Started with a mower, grown by word of mouth
Neptune began as a small landscaping operation in the Tri-Cities and grew as homeowners asked for more: cleanups, trimming, pressure washing, walkways, gutters. The name changed to Neptune Property Services to match the work — the standard didn't.
Every job is quoted honestly and done by people who care whether it looks right at the end of the day. That's the whole business model.

The name
Why Neptune
Neptune — god of the sea, storms and steady hands on the water. The trident stands for the three things we hold every job to: reliability, precision and pride.
West Coast weather doesn't wait for anyone. Rain, moss, overgrowth and windfall are part of life here, so the name fit: a crew that keeps showing up whatever the forecast, and leaves the property looking commanded rather than neglected.
